So you can imagine my excitement when I found out that they have CoverGirl here in Australia! I know, I know, this isn't what you'd call a majorly fantastic brand or anything, but to me, it's a classic. This lipgloss was the first CoverGirl item I bought when I moved here.

Description: Pamper your lips with fresh, fruity flavour, a burst of shine and the smooth feel of a lip balm! Each pocket-sized tube of Wetslicks Fruit Spritzers has a conditioning formula, with botanical ingredients, helps improve lip condition over time and lock in moisture for hours. Out of the many flavours available, I've already gotten myself 5 tubes. I think it's safe to assume that I love the lipgloss :p

    My collection thus far

An artsy fartsy shot of the lipgloss :p
You know how sticky lipgloss can be? I know it's a contradictory statement given that that's how it should be, but I cannot stand sticky lipgloss. Especially when it's thick and goopy. CoverGirl Wetslicks boasts on giving you a hint of colour and all the glossiness with the stickiness. And how true it is. The gloss feels great on my lips, and I don't have to worry about my hair sticking on 'em.

I like how the spout of the tube is slanted; this makes it easy for me to apply the gloss (I don't like the ones which are rounded at the tip with one tiny hole. How are you supposed to apply the lipbalm evenly with that?). The gloss glides on my lips easily. Love the hint of colour too.

According to the CoverGirl US website, there are 12 colours and flavours to the Wetslicks.

So far, I have not seen Fig Splash and Guava Splash sold in Australia. Still, I think I have enough lip gloss to last me quite a while :p CoverGirl Wetslicks Fruit Sprizters are sold at Priceline at AUD9.95. My next flavour would be the Cool Cocoa Mint Splash ;) What I like about it: It's the least-sticky lipgloss I've ever used. Love it! What I did not like about it: Would like to have a bit more colour to the gloss.
