The Sugarfoot Band is a Fort Worth based blues/classic rock band. They are a unique 
    group whose music spans a wide variety including blues, classic rock, rock, 
    country, and many original songs as well. It is hard to classify the different 
    types of music that they play into one category and I believe the best and 
    only good description would just be "Texas Music". 
    In the summer of 2004, the remaining members of the rough and tumble Rock 
    & Roll group named Patch Dog, including the multi-talented guitar slinger 
    David Daniels, the singer/guitarist, Justin Beck, from the jumpin' local blues 
    band, Blues Detour, and the beautiful and gifted vocalist, April Shaw, combined 
    to form The Sugarfoot Band. 
    The group went to work immediatly writing songs and playing classic covers 
    from Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, Bonnie Rait, Sheryl Crow, Led Zepplin, Delbert 
    McClinton and many others. In September of 2005, the ex-bass player from Blues 
    Detour, Nick Girgenti, and the former drummer for Blue House, Armando Natera, 
    came on board with Sugarfoot to fill in the crucial roles left by 
    Pat and Paul's departure. The change lead to a flood of new ideas and a refreshed 
    "Texas" sound. In 2007, Paul Returned on Bass. The Sugarfoot Band is currently planning
    their debut album and will be heading into the studio in December of 2007. In the mean
    time, they will be available for booking clubs and parties in the Dallas/Fort
    Worth, Texas area.

The Sugarfoot Online Store is now open. Please note that this is not a perminent store, but a temporary one until the new store, and more Sugarfoot merchandise is produced. We wanted to get something up for Sugarfreaks to get their shirts, hats, and other fun stuff and support the band!

The band is currently in the studio working on their debut album, which will be available on this site, and at their shows for purchase. More details and updates will be posted as the album progresses. Once the album is finished, the band will be doing some new gigs, and everyone is invited to come see The Sugarfoot Band live! Check back often for album updates, new shows to be posted, or chat with the band on the message boards, they'd love to hear from ya, and will answer questions you may post,  or just say hi and meet new friends in the Sugarfoot community!

The Sugarfoot band is now a featured band on KCRADIO, broadcasting on live365.com. The station is a mix of songs, run by a Kelly Clarkson fansite, featuring her hits, and her favorites, including The Sugarfoot Band! to tune in, CLICK HERE

We have added an 'OnlineStudio' to the website... This is a couple of gadgets for fun..  first is a keyboard.. you can record what you play, and play it back.. it's a bit limited on what you can do, i'll work on upgrades for it...  second is a virtual drumset... you can play it with your mouse, or your keyboard, multiple drums at once, hold down keys to 'roll', etc...  There is also a Flute, and mroe to come!  have fun!
